Join us to finish reopening this cabin and restoring it to working order! On this day, we will finish deep cleaning the stove and oven, vacuuming out the wood-burning stove pipe to clear all of the soot that has built up over the years, replace the twin mattresses, and organize the kitchen supplies and dishes in the cabinets.

The Basics:

Where: Little Brooklyn Lake Guard Station

When: meet at the site at 9 am and work until around 2 pm

Food: COG will provide lunch, water to refill water bottles, and sparkling water. Please bring your own water bottle.

What to bring: Please bring work gloves, your water bottle, and plenty of sunscreen. (10,000 feet is much closer to the sun and it’s very easy to get burned!)
